From inside the app (instant)
- Open the Ark Design app and log in.
- Go to “Account”.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you won’t be able to log in with it again.
Without the app
Fill in this form with the mobile number or email you signed up with, and we’ll delete the account within 7 days and confirm with you.
What gets deleted?
- Your app login account (name, email, mobile, password and Google/Apple sign-in link).
- Your devices registered for notifications.
- Chat conversations and their files — if you weren’t a registered client with us.
What is kept?
Orders, invoices and payments are kept because they are accounting records we are legally required to keep, and only our office team can see them. If you are a registered client, your conversations stay in your client file.
